Cadastral Survey

Cadastral Surveying is the discipline of land surveying that relates to the laws of land ownership and the definition of lot boundaries. 

Identification Survey

Establishes the property boundaries an intended by the original survey plan. Locates all encroachments onto and from the site.

Subdivision

Providing full package (concept to titling) for splitting an allotment in two or large land developments. We can manage the whole project for you.

Detail Surveys

This survey locates the topography of the land including contours, services, fauna, buildings and placed on Australian Height Datum (AHD). This is the vital part required by building designers.

Height Certificate

Any existing house that is raised or elevated new home will require this certificate to ensure the building in below the Local Authority height specifications. Normally maximum 8.5m restriction.

Lease Survey

Any land or building lease with greater than 3 years term will require a Lease Plan to accompany the legal documents. This plan can only be prepared by a Licensed Surveyor. Where the lease is of part of a building complex with more than 5 shops, the Lease Plan must also contain a Master Sketch identifying all the shops in the complex.

Building & Civil Setout

Ensuring accurate and precise location of roads, services, structures on rural, residential and commercial projects. Assisting builders, contractors and householders with certification provided.

Development & Planning

Providing all aspects of develpment from Feasibility Studies, Town Planning advice, Council Negotiations, Development Applications, Subdivision design, Construction Control, As-Constructed Survey to Plan Sealing and Registration.
